Introduction

The meat grinder relies on the screw to push the raw meat in the hopper box to the pre-cutting plate. Through the rotation of the screw, the reamer and the orifice plate produce relative motion, so that the raw meat is cut into granular shapes to ensure the uniformity of the meat filling.

The lead of the auger shaft at the feeding port is reasonable, the feeding port is large, the feeding is smooth, and the production efficiency is high. The design of the screw pitch of the discharge auger is reasonable so that the raw meat can pass through smoothly, prevent the phenomenon of oil leakage, and reduce the extrusion of the auger against the head, so that the meat material has good particle size, clear edges, and low temperature rise.
