Introduce of the line

1. Feeding elevator
It is used for transporting the raw potato to the peeling machine,the hopper is low and convenient to put potato for workers.

2. Screw brush peeling and washing machine
It is used to peel and wash the raw potato. It adopts the brush and the nozzle to remove the skin. The screw will transport the potato to the outlet continuously.

3. High-speed potato chips cutting machine
It is used to cut the potato into wave-type or flat chips. It adopts knife from Germany with a high-speed and smooth surface.
 

4. Bubble washing machine
It is used to wash off the starch of the potato chips to make the chips more crispy.

5. Blanching machine
The blanching process plays an important role in potato starch gelatinization, reducing sugar content, enzyme passivation, and changing cell structure, and texture.Appropriate blanching can make potato starch gelatinization, resulting in high-quality powder internal texture and taste.

6. Turn over type air blow drying machine
The potato chips are conveyed through the mesh belt and turned over multiple times to achieve multi-sided wind exposure and uniformity of the wind. The high-pressure wind of the fan cools the food and dries the surface moisture. The air nozzle is shaped like an air knife, which effectively improves the efficiency of the potato chips. The air volume pressure blows away or evaporates the moisture of the potato chips in a short time, effectively preventing oil jumping during frying and shortening the frying time.

7. Frying machine
The whole frying line machine is made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable and can control the temperature freely. It adopts three methods of electric heating, coal heating and gas heating. The thermal efficiency reaches more than 95%, saving energy. It is equipped with a fully automatic oil filter to remove slag. There is no carbonized matter in the oil and the oil will not turn black. It has a long service life and the fried potatoes are delicious. The slices have bright color and good taste, which improves product quality.
