Product Description

Introduction:
1. The entire line is controlled by PLC computer, with two-stage eddy current circulating water for fully automatic cleaning, automatic impurity removal and slag removal, and automatic sewage discharge during the cleaning process.
2. The rough washing cylinder is equipped with a feeding water curtain module. The upper and lower adjustable water curtains can pre-soak, break up, and transport the materials in all directions to prepare the materials for rapid sinking into the cylinder and prevent the materials from floating on the water to the greatest extent.
3. Larger cylinder and greater output. The main cleaning tank is designed with convection power and three-dimensional multi-dimensional cleaning. The feed part has a horizontal downward vortex flow, the discharge part has a horizontal upward vortex flow to output the material flatly, and the middle part is radially propelled for cleaning, making the maximum output up to three tons.
4. Intelligent material receiving system, preset weight, automatic basket change and material receiving.
5. The production line can be scheduled for water inflow or pre-cooled water (optional), which saves time and is efficient. It can be used right after work without waiting for water inlet and refrigeration.
6. Computer or mobile phone APP remotely monitors and controls the control cabinet remotely.
